Good News: Sharon Stone Banned, Receives Karma and Payback in China
Looks like the Chinese will have to live without Sharon Stone’s “Sliver” for a while: The biggest movie chain in China says it’s banning her flicks from its screens after she called the horrific earthquakes there “karma” for past abuses.
Ng See-Yuen, head of the UME Cineplex chain, tells the Hollywood Reporter that Stone’s ridiculous remarks were “inappropriate” and that actors should not bring personal politics to such a disaster that’s killed thousands and left 5 million homeless.
No word on whether the absence of “Last Action Hero” will cause widespread rioting in the streets of Beijing.

While no one is missing anything by not seeing a Sharon Stone film … I am pleased that someone in China has taken her to task for her stupid, insensitive remarks.

The people of China can rest easy. Sharon Stone has done nothing of note in films for years now, so the likelihood of them having to sit through anything with her in it isn’t likely. Some people receive blessings when they least expect it.
If we are living in the “last days” so eloquently put above LOL, then it is of our own making not from a God’s making. What fool’s to believe such mumbo jumbo. This planet will outlive us all.

Sharon Stone possesses a massive ego, longs for attention and has various other issues. In the international arena, she has previously shot her mouth off, and gotten away with it. She appears to think that her eccentricity is her right, and her behavior will always be accepted. Sharon will simply use this latest wrinkle as a publicity opportunity. After all, TMZ printed it.
I laughed out loud when she said the Dally Lama is a good friend of hers, like she is so important. I knew China would come after her as they should…it was an irresponsible and inappropriate comment.
I don’t doubt that Hillary “don’t feel no ways tired,” but what I think she forgets is that a lot of people are tired of stereotypes.
